Rollsigns from Los Angeles, CA
This mint condition front destination sign was
printed for Creative Bus Sales. Its print date is
April 17, 2002 and the sign has 22 exposures.
The upper and lower sign tags are shown
below the sign image.

The map to the right shows where each
line
on this rollsign went in 2002, when this sign
was printed.

The rollsign was printed with several
mistakes
in the listings. Some of which are:

• "256 MENDCINO - LAKE", misspelled

"MENDOCINO"

• "256 LAX CITY BUS CENTER", Line 256

didn't go there

• "225 PALOS VERDES DR. - WEST
MALGA
COVE", misspelled "MALAGA COVE", plus
the exposure should have read "225 PALOS
VERDES DR. WEST - MALAGA COVE". The
hyphen is in the wrong spot

• "225 8th AVERILL", it should have read

"225 8th - AVERILL". They left off the hyphen.

TRANSIGN
This mylar destination sign was sent to Rollsign Gallery to be repaired by its owner,
Brandon Nicholas. It had multiple tears and missing sections which were able to be
patched. It was then sent back to be reinstalled in his restored Los Angeles RTD
GMC New Look #3131. While in Rollsign Gallery's possession, permission was given
to recreate it for here. There is no print date on the rollsign. It has 148 exposures.

patchwork,
return, and
reinstallation.
